Digitized Historical Sheet Music

Sam and his helpers documented and digitized a large amount of sheet music at the Bartow Memorial Library. The sheet music was donated to the Highlander Band when Governor Livingston High School was founded in the 1960s. By cataloging and scanning the music, the Highlander Band’s band director and the world now has access to music they were previously unable to view.

The project helped to preserve some parts of musical history, as many of the songs and documents in the library were more than 100 years old.
