Brent and his helpers constructed and placed four large outdoor donation boxes to facilitate the proper retiring of flags in the northeast Houston Area. The project has been active for five years and continues to fill with flags every month. Boy Scout troops in the area continue to maintain and facilitate the proper retiring of the flags.
